I received my glasses, but upon arrival they simply aren't right for me.  Can I return them?
Absolutely we offer a 7 day no quibble guarantee.  So long as you return the glasses to us in the condition you received them, undamaged and with no marks etc. we will refund your money instantly upon receipt.  We aim for total customer satisfaction.  Please see our Terms & Conditions for full information regarding the FunSpex Returns policy.

I love your frames but need them in prescription lenses what can I do?
This is a common question.  All our frames can have the lenses replaced by a qualified optician.  You may find you get a better service for this at a local optician as opposed to one of the high street chains.

I am not sure of my prescription and cannot find a reading chart on the site.  How do I know my strength?
Again a common question.  However the reason you will not find a reading chart on our site is quite deliberate - there isn't one. Your eyes are an important pointer towards your general health and well-being and rather than second guessing your strength via a reading chart we recommend that you have your eyes tested by a qualified optician before purchasing the goods.  If you don't know your strength don't guess!

I saw the same frames in the High Street for nearly £50 how can you sell them so cheap?
Because we keep our overheads to a minimum and do not have expensive high street premises to service we can pass the savings on directly to you - which is what we do. 

Why can I not call you or why is there no a 'phone number on this site?
As an Internet company, FunSpex is essentially a 'value' retailer whose whole business is geared towards delivering great products at even better prices, as efficiently as possible.  By investing in technology to streamline our internal procedures we've been able to keep our prices low, which, when combined with our ability to quickly process and deliver your orders thanks to our constantly developing logistics engine, is the main reason we do not offer a telephone service for pre or post sales enquiries.

Can I collect the goods or come and view your full stock range?
We have our full range available on the site.  We do not offer visits to view or purchase the stock unfortunately.  However, the benefit of this is that we can pass on the total savings benefit on to you our customers.

Where do you source your goods from?
The majority of our stock is sourced from Taiwan.  We also import ranges from the US & China.

How long will my glasses take to get delivered?
We aim to ship the next working day from order.  We use Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery.

What methods of payment do you take?
At the moment we use PayPal and Google Checkout to process payments.  They are global online secure payment platforms.

Can I remove, correct or change my Personal Information?
Yes. FunSpex enables you to notify us that you wish to remove or have changes made to your Personal Information. Simply login to the site using your username and password to update any of your details.

Do you sell my Personal Information to other companies?
We will NEVER sell on any of your personal information to any 3rd Party Company.. Please see this Privacy Policy.

Do sites you link to have the same Privacy Policy?
We encourage sites that are linked to our site to follow our Privacy Policy, however this Privacy Policy applies to sites whose URL terminates in funspex.co.uk or a sub-domain of FunSpex.com only and we do not endorse and are not responsible for the conduct or content of other sites.
